Cost

Pitch fee = £1,550 for 11.5 months licence (Closed for the last 2 weeks in Feb). This price includes everything except your electricity and gas, which are charged by meter readings.

Lodge pitch fee = £2,400 11 1/2 month licence (Closed last two weeks of February) Inc services above.

The park also provides five of the finest fishing lakes in the North of England. Heavily stocked with Carp, Tench, Catfish, Roach, Rudd, Perch etc. All home owners receive a 50% reduction on the cost of fishing, with a day or seasonan licence avalable form the loacl village post office (2 minuets down the road).

We are proud to announce the Ultimo Lodge. This range of lodges has been designed to offer the ultimate in build quality and design. Ultimo Lodges are a division of Gamba UK Ltd and can be individualy tailored to suit your every need.

All ultimo Lodges pass building regulations, standard lodges do not meet anywhere near this quality. Take a moment to check the features below before buying any sub-standard lodge. Ultimo will still be standing forty years from now, other makes may not.
